My journey began in 2015, but the seeds were sown much earlier, when I started teaching traditional yoga to kids and college students. Inspired by Prime Minister Modi’s initiative to make yoga compulsory in schools and colleges (2014–2015), I was given the opportunity to train government school teachers across East and West Godavari. That’s when I had a breakthrough — why not integrate resistance bands and dumbbells into simple yoga poses? This fusion gave birth to my signature format: BEYOND YOGA WITH HARITHA — a dynamic blend of: Traditional yoga Strength training with weights Resistance band workouts Cardio and agility drills With this approach, yoga became more than just flexibility. It became a full-body experience — enhancing strength, endurance, resistance, and agility. People began to enjoy yoga again.
