I’m Haritha — a passionate yoga trainer, fitness educator, and holistic nutritionist with over a decade of experience transforming lives through movement and mindful eating. My journey began in 2015, but the seeds were sown much earlier, when I started teaching traditional yoga to kids and college students. Inspired by Prime Minister Modi’s initiative to make yoga compulsory in schools and colleges (2014–2015), I was given the opportunity to train government school teachers across East and West Godavari. That moment marked the beginning of my mission: to make yoga accessible, enjoyable, and empowering for every body.

🧘♀️ My Evolution

From Traditional Yoga to BEYOND YOGA

As I taught yoga across age groups, I noticed a recurring challenge: not everyone could perform advanced postures, even though these movements are essential for building strength and endurance. That’s when I had a breakthrough — why not integrate resistance bands and dumbbells into simple yoga poses? This fusion gave birth to my signature format: BEYOND YOGA WITH HARITHA — a dynamic blend of:

  • Traditional yoga
  • Strength training with weights
  • Resistance band workouts
  • Cardio and agility drills

With this approach, yoga became more than just flexibility. It became a full-body experience — enhancing strength, endurance, resistance, and agility. People began to enjoy yoga again. It wasn’t slow or boring anymore — it was empowering, energizing, and transformative.
