I’m Haritha — a passionate yoga trainer, fitness educator, and holistic nutritionist with over a decade of experience transforming lives through movement and mindful eating. My journey began in 2015, but the seeds were sown much earlier, when I started teaching traditional yoga to kids and college students. Inspired by Prime Minister Modi’s initiative to make yoga compulsory in schools and colleges (2014–2015), I was given the opportunity to train government school teachers across East and West Godavari. That moment marked the beginning of my mission: to make yoga accessible, enjoyable, and empowering for every body.
